Steam NextFest always brings up a lot of interesting NSFW demos, and I can't help but play them all and let you know how good they are. Is this NextFest going to be as packed with great games as last time? Keep reading to find out!
#1 - Wings of Seduction: Bust 'em out!
Playing Wings of Seduction felt like playing a hybrid of Vampire Survivors and Get To Work Succubus-Chan, and I enjoyed it a lot. The gameplay is as addictive as many survivors-like games, and the undressing game mechanics give it an original touch. It's also visually striking because of how polished the visual effects are and how gorgeous the MC's female companion is. The demo only includes one level and one girl, but that's more than enough to keep you busy for hours.
#2 - Guardians of Eden
Man, I'd have been way more invested in Norse Mythology if Valkyries looked this good. Jokes aside, Guardians of Eden is an original tower defense game that replaces the usual "place a ton of towers to defend the base" mechanics with ones where you only place your five trusty guardians, upgrade them if needed, or call them back if you need to relocate them, and when you're not fighting monsters you're getting frisky with them in a sex mini-game. I enjoyed playing it, even though the levels in the demo were easy to beat, and its gorgeous art sure was a feast for the eyes.
#3 - Honeymoon : Mystery Journey
I have mixed feelings about Honeymoon: Mystery Journey. It's a short but entertaining investigation/puzzle game with decent gameplay and pretty art that felt like the game was a collection of unrelated mini-stories instead of one with an overarching plot. It didn't meet my expectations, but I bet anyone more interested in the puzzle aspect would dig it.
#4 - Sexy Room
This game taught me to never judge a game by its name because I was expecting it to be the typical shovelware and boy, I sure was wrong. Sexy Room is a management sim game in which we play as a guy who meets his college crush at work just to find out she's already married. However, God said, "I gotchu, fam" and locked both of them in a magical room that only lets people out if they have sex there. What's more, he keeps locking them out every day until they are honest with their feelings. I enjoyed this one because of its crazy premise, its solid gameplay, and its *ahem* eye-pleasing visuals.
#5 - Story of Eve 2
Look who's back! Everyone's favorite tomboy knight. Story of Eve 2 is a card battler in which you assist Eve in unlocking her true potential, and you can already guess how you're going to do that. It's a solid game with beautiful art that takes a bit to get used to some of its game mechanics, but you'll have a blast once you do.
#6 - Living with an Elf ~A Cozy Forest Retreat~
I couldn't play much of Living with an Elf ~A Cozy Forest Retreat~ due to the language barrier, but it looked like a fun slice-of-life game. It’s a pity Steam banned it for no apparent reason...
#7 - Transpile Girl Rescue Operation!
Transpile Girl Rescue Operation! is an enjoyable simulation game about a horny guy who buys a state-of-the-art custom sex droid just to find out that it's defective and that it's up to him to fix her and turn her into his ideal sexbot. Most of the game consists of going on dates with your bot and playing easy-to-understand mini-games to increase her stats, and I had fun playing it.
#8 - My Holiness the Gobliness
It looks like Cherry Kiss Games has some serious competition in the game with the best name awards. Silliness aside, I didn't enjoy My Holiness the Gobliness much because the game doesn't explain how to restore your cum meter, and all you can do after using it up is watch her go around doing random stuff and buy her food with the love points you accumulated so she doesn't starve.
#9 - Star Knightess Aura
Star Knightess Aura is an engaging slow-burn corruption RPG whose plot got me from the get-go, and its solid gameplay and pretty visuals add to the experience. That said, it may be a tad frustrating for anyone looking for a corruption game in which you make the protagonist go from being the embodiment of virtue and chastity to being the embodiment of lust and depravity in about an hour because it takes a lot more to reach that point in this one.
#10 - 8th Heaven
8th Heaven isn't just a game, it's an experience. Some segments and the game's vibe reminded me a lot of those artsy indie games that were popular some years ago. What's more, the gameplay is solid and its visuals are beautiful, even if the animated sex scenes in the duels are sometimes distracting.
#11 - Morningstar: Book of the Fallen
I had high hopes for Morningstar: Book of the Fallen since it's from the same dev that made the Love of Magic trilogy, and it didn't disappoint me at all. Its renders and animations are beautiful, its match-3 combat system is solid, and its plot is as awesome as usual, even if it took me some time to adjust to seeing the same characters from the trilogy in completely different roles.
#12 - Sinners Landing
Do you know which other game I expected a lot from and still surpassed my expectations? That's right, Sinners Landing. It's a really fun sandbox/card-battler hybrid featuring an engaging plot that makes players feel like they are in the middle of a DnD session, enjoyable game mechanics, and the same high-quality art and animations you'd expect from the team behind Paradise Lust.
#13 - Love X Crotch X GYM
Nothing gets me interested in an NSFW game faster than taking place in the gym or being about getting fit. Love x Crotch x Gym is a fun management sim game where you manage a gym, help members with their training by playing enjoyable mini-games, and have one-on-one sessions with them after gaining their affection. Moreover, the game's art and animation are pleasing to the eye.
#14 - GESTALT: The Fifth Day
Not gonna lie; what got me interested in Gestalt: The Fifth Day was its black & white pixel art visuals since you rarely see them in NSFW games, and more importantly, they fit the game like a glove. It's an enjoyable horror adventure game with an immersive atmosphere and gameplay that reminded me a lot of the old Myst and Dracula games.
#15 - Hilda and the Tower of Lust
Hilda and the Tower of Lust is one of those RPG Maker games that you could beat in minutes if you try to get a happy ending or spend hours getting the protagonist plowed by the many monsters in the tower, getting her corrupted, and unlocking the many endings the game has. It's alright if the gameplay caters to you and its art is pretty.
Man, this post is getting quite long, isn't it?
Better take a little break, drink water, visit my Steam Curator page, and hit that beautiful purple button below to subscribe to the newsletter before we continue.
#16 - Train Capacity 300%
If I were to describe this game with one sentence, it'd be "Chikan Simulator". Train Capacity 300% is an incredibly fun and innovative simulation game in which you play as a creep who harasses women on the train. The game has everything: Moving within the train and the station to get closer to the target, touching her while avoiding the looks of the rest of the passengers as if you were avoiding laser sensors like the MC of Mission Impossible, and even skills to learn to make the protagonist more efficient at what he does. It sure is an enjoyable game, even if you find the subject matter a bit icky.
#17 - Human Farm - Practice Section
Moo means Moo — A famous translator.
Human Farm - Practice Section is a lactation-focused adventure game similar to many other games of the genre in that the game consists of fetching items and doing quests to progress the plot. The demo is quite short but has enough content to give players a sneak peek of its original art style and entertaining gameplay.
#18 - House of Lust
House of Lust is what you'd get if Clock Tower and Drain Mansion had a baby. It's an enjoyable adventure game with an immersive soundtrack and eye-catching pixel art in which the protagonist is stuck inside a haunted mansion and has to find his way out while avoiding the giant titty monster that's dead set on capturing him and draining his balls. I had fun playing the demo and can't wait to see what the full game has in store.
#19 - Loi the Lover
It took me some time to get used to Loi the Lover because of how different is its gameplay. It's an idle action game in which you manage the protagonist's resources, equipment, and the like as she kicks the ass of whatever monster gets in her way or fucks them silly when the chance arises. The game is promising since it's more entertaining than your average idle game, and its pixel art and animated sex scenes sure are pretty.
#20 - Marble Maid 2: The Negative Levels
Marble Maid 2: The Negative Levels keeps the game mechanics and characteristic art style that made the first game enjoyable while adding new features that give levels more variety. I enjoyed the prequel despite taking me some time to git gud, and this one was no exception.
#21 - Flambeau Deluxxx
I've been looking forward to giving Flambeau a shot since I discovered Shady Corner Games back in 2021, so there was no way I'd miss giving the Deluxxx version a shot. Flambeau Deluxxx is an engaging puzzle game in which you clear a room of ghosts by haunting the items in it instead of fighting them head-on. Not only is the game fun, but it's also pretty because of its cute art style, and including the classic style for those who prefer the game's original look is a nice touch.
#22 - Colony City 27λ
I have mixed feelings about Colony City 27λ because I couldn't get into the story, but its gameplay and art made up for it. It's a futuristic card battler game with entertaining game mechanics, beautiful art, and animated sex scenes. The demo was a tad short, but it had enough content to give an idea of what to expect from the full game.
#23 - The World of Gangs
There was no way I'd skip The World of Gangs because I have a soft spot for games set in Ancient China. It's a JRPG about a gang that goes on an adventure to search for the legendary lost Excalibur and gets dragged into many incidents. It's not much different from any other JRPG gameplay-wise, but it features an original game mechanic that makes it stand out. Characters and enemies are placed in a grid, and their attacks hit a single unit, a row of enemies, a column of them, or the entire grid. It's fun, it's visually pleasing, and overall very promising.
#24 - Game of Seduction
I don't know what I expected from Games of Seduction, but a BDSM-oriented game about the alphaest dom in existence being turned into a little sub by a female dom who's more alpha than him isn't that. That said, it's an enjoyable simulation game with beautiful art and animated sex scenes in which you either try to turn the tables on her or accept your new role as her pet.
#25 - Succubus life
Talking about simulation games, Succubus Life is another one I enjoyed. It features the usual game mechanics you see in games of its genre, such as managing your stamina and doing activities to increase your love interest's affection towards you, and it does well what it does. Add to it its beautiful art and animated sex scenes, and you get a game worth checking out.
#26 - WANDERER: Broken Bed
Man, I remember playing this back when they released its 0.1 version years ago, and it's now much better than before. I liked the game back then and enjoyed it now even more because of its solid match-3 minigames and card battler combat mechanics, enjoyable story with a likable cast, gorgeous art, and animated sex scenes.
#27 - MILF's Plaza
I'm a simple man; I see THICC MILFs, I click. MILF's Plaza is a sandbox visual novel with dating sim game mechanics that reminded me of Summertime Saga for some strange reason. I had a lot of fun playing it, and the eye candy sure made the experience more pleasing.
#28 - Wicked Island
Wicked Island is one of the best games I played in this Next Fest. It's an open-world action game in which you're stranded on an island, and you have to craft items and fight monsters to survive if you don't want to get mercilessly bred by them. It even allows you to customize your character to your liking and tailor the NSFW content, whether you want to remove defeat scenes, modify the chances of getting pregnant, and so on. It's a bit rough around the edges in some aspects, especially when picking stuff from the ground, but it's a very promising game.
#29 - Lisa Total investigation!
Lisa Total Investigation is a fun corruption-focused visual novel about a guy who was dragged into an investigation and needs his fiancee to infiltrate the suspect's house to get evidence. It has an entertaining plot with an interesting premise, especially when taking into account the stuff the suspect is into, and nicely-rendered characters and scenes.
#30 - Sex and the Furry Titty 3: Come Inside, Sweety
I was stoked about playing this demo because of how much I enjoyed the first and second games of the franchise, and I sure loved this one. It has the usual things that made the previous games so good: lovely stories, fun gameplay, and gorgeous art and scenes. The demo only featured one route of three of the stories, and it left me wanting more.
Aaand... time for another break. I swear I'll make it shorter next time.
You know the drill: take a little break, drink water, visit my Steam Curator page, and hit that beautiful purple button below to subscribe to the newsletter before we continue.
#31 - Race of Life - Act 1
Race of Life is an AVN with an original story as I've never seen one focused on street racing and featuring a divorcee protagonist with a child. Moreover, it gets you from the get-go and its renders are beautiful.
#32 - My Demonic Romance
I've been following the development of My Demonic Romance for a while, and the demo was as good as I imagined. It's a sweet visual novel featuring an engaging story with many choices that'll move it one way or another and beautiful art to match. I enjoyed the demo and can't wait to give its full release a go.
#33 - Knightly Passions
Another one I've been wanting to check out is Knightly Passions because of its art, and it didn't disappoint me. It blends mechanics from different genres, such as dungeon-crawler game mechanics, a card battler combat system, and visual novel-like storytelling. It also has an engaging plot and gorgeous visuals to match, though the story felt a bit disjointed at times as if there were missing chunks between segments.
#34 - B1NARY
Sadly, I couldn't get into B1NARY. The premise was interesting and the visuals were eye-catching, but the plot advanced too slowly to my liking during the first two third of the demo. I liked how the sex scene at the end of the demo was implemented, though.
#35 - Leaving DNA
Saying I liked Leaving DNA would be a massive understatement. It's an immersive AVN with an engaging story, plenty of character development, and different love interests to romance or get in a friends-with-benefits relationship. Moreover, the renders are neat and the sex scenes are nicely animated.
#36 - Slay the Dragon! The Fire-Breathing Tyrant Meets Her Match!
Slay the Dragon is another VN I've been looking forward to since I played the other works of Outis Media, namely Dark Waters and the prologue of Garden of Roses, and I enjoyed it just as much. It has an enjoyable story full of monster girls, including a bratty dragon girl who is a constant thorn in the protagonist's side, meaningful choices that affect the game's ending, and beautiful art. The demo only covered part of the story and left me wanting more.
#37 - Succubus Heaven
Succubus Heaven is a roguelite action game that reminded me a lot of Dark Souls because of its atmosphere and gameplay. I had a lot of fun playing it because of its solid game mechanics and decent graphics, and like with many other games on the list, I'm looking forward to giving it a shot.
#38 - Onii-chan ♥ I Think I Wanna Have Your Baby
I had no idea of what to expect from Onii-chan ♥ I Think I Wanna Have Your Baby when I played it, but I really liked it. It's a fun VN with an entertaining plot full of silly shenanigans, a likable cast, beautiful art, and plenty of Sweet Home Alabama moments, as the name implies.
#39 - I'm Isekai Hero
I never imagined I'd enjoy playing I'm Isekai Hero this much. While its plot is alright and its art is pretty, what I liked the most about the game was the original tweak they did to the Mahjong Solitaire game mechanics to make it more unique, adding some difficulty as you progress.
#40 - Fattening Career
Talking about original stuff, Fattening Career is the first game I've ever seen that focuses on weight gain. Even though I'm not into the fetish, I enjoyed it a lot because its plot is interesting, its cast is likable, and I dig the characters' design (Hari and Katrine's looks in particular are *chef's kiss*).
#41 - Order Us!
Order Us! is a visual novel that gets your attention with its polished art and lively animated character sprites and keeps your interest with its lovely cast and enjoyable plot. It'd have been awesome if the sex scene at the end of the demo was also animated, but the game is already fun as it is.
#42 - Brothel of Darkness
Man, I wish I could have been able to play Brothel of Darkness properly because I dig the premise and graphics, but I couldn't do so because you need to be able to middle-click to progress, and well... I don't have a single mouse with a middle-click button that works.
#43 - Benefitship
Last but not least comes Benefitship, a VN with an enjoyable plot, adorable protagonists, and beautiful art. The demo was very short and left me wanting more.
That's all! I hope you guys enjoyed reading it as much as I did playing those games. Stay tuned for more reviews!
Damn 43 games? PUT IN WORK SON! Lol
