Me reviewing Sex and the Furry Titty 2: Sins of the City shouldn't surprise anyone. I've already reviewed both Furry Shades of Gay games and the first Sex and the Furry Titty game, so there was no way I'd miss the chance to give this game a go. Before I start, I want to mention I helped the devs by proofreading one of the stories in the game, but this didn't influence my opinion of the game. After all, what's the point of writing a biased review?
Story
You're probably familiar with the story's structure if you played the dev's previous games. It has 5 well-written stories with both new and recurring characters, a branching narrative, and enough variety to keep everyone happy. Moreover, the scenarios are wildly different. Some are cute, like the one with the flirty maid that can't get a reaction from her nerdy and oblivious employer, while others are steamier and feature wild college parties, threesomes, femdom, and strip poker. There's even one where you can choose your character's name and coc— err... species... Yeah, you can pick which species your character is.
Gameplay
The gameplay is what surprised me the most. Sure, it's still a match-3 game where how well you do decides which route the story takes, but the devs added a ton of new stuff instead of only doing minor tweaks like in their previous games. There are now new tiles, such as bondage tiles and furballs that "eat" what's next to them, as well as new tasks like dropping lube and condom-shaped tiles to the lowermost part of the board or painting the board purple by making lines. It also got more challenging. Some levels require a bit of creative thinking and a healthy dose of luck to solve, plus you'll feel pushed to use power-ups on occasion.
Audiovisuals
Like in the rest of the games from the franchise, each story has a unique art style that fits the story in which they are used, be it the subtle and watercolor-ish style in Hot Deck or the vibrant colors in Exceptional Date. More importantly, the characters and backgrounds are beautiful in all of them. The lewds also got quite an improvement. They look as good as ever, but the stellar voice acting gives them a plus that makes them so spicy you'd need a cold shower after playing for a while. As for the soundtrack, it's fitting and nice to listen to.
Verdict: Great
Well-written stories, solid gameplay, beautiful art, nicely-animated sex scenes, and atmospheric music; There's pretty much no reason to give Sex and the Furry Titty 2: Sins of the City a pass. Don't hesitate to buy it if you're a fan of match-3 games or you're looking for a more casual and spicier experience; you won't regret it.
