I'm always a bit wary of games that have “hentai” or "horny" in their name because they tend to be low-effort cash grabs, but Horny Sekai proved to me that you should never judge a game by its name.

Story
It puts you in the shoes of an average Joe who got run over by a truck in true isekai fashion and was transported to another world inhabited by monsters and women who are more than willing to compensate him for his help. The story isn't particularly deep and has enough room to feature about two more characters, but its lighthearted tone and jokes make up for it.
Gameplay
The uniqueness of the game mechanics is what makes this game shine. It's like a tower defense game where you defeat monsters before they can hit the girl you're helping. How do you fight them? You hold the left-click button and move your mouse to cast a spell. Enemies also have elemental resistances and weaknesses you can exploit to defeat them as quickly as possible. After all, the run is over if they reach the girl three times.
Furthermore, you can spend the exp you obtained from the battles on learning and improving any of the many available spells, even some that combine different elements. However, the game is prone to mistaking double-stroke spells for single-stroke ones, so you better stick to using the attacks with the simplest movements, or you may use the wrong one by accident.
It also includes some dating sim elements to spice things up. Each girl's affection for you increases a bit every time you manage to defeat all the waves of enemies that come after her, but you can speed up the process by spending your cold hard-earned cash on any of the gifts available at the store. However, they all have different tastes, so one may love what others hate and vice-versa. Moreover, they dress in skimpier outfits the more they like you until they are naked and ready to have sweet sexy times with you.
Visuals
The characters and background in this game are beautiful, and I found the chibi characters cute. However, the sex scenes leave a bit to be desired since they all feel too similar. In each of them, you have one of the characters lying on the floor waiting for your input, and you have to press a button to get the action going and then press the same button to cum.
Verdict: Fun
Horny Sekai may not be perfect, but its unique gameplay, amusing plot, and pretty visuals compensate for its shortcomings. You'll enjoy it the most by playing it in short gaming sessions since you may finish it in a few hours if you go all out.
