Sensual Adventures - Treasure Island is a third-person action-adventure game that puts you in the shoes of two futas named Tiffany and Brittany as they visit a tropical island to explore the island's ancient ruins to snatch a pirate treasure that's as big as what our intrepid protagonists pack between their legs. The story is alright and features a mix of serious moments with silly ones, such as when one of the girls used their girthy dick to open a door. However, it feels closer to an introduction since it sets up the premise nicely, but the game stops when you get to the meat of the story.

Gameplay-wise, the game is surprisingly entertaining since you have a good chunk of stuff to do despite its short length. Aside from following the main storyline, the game features a serviceable amount of side quests that give you all kinds of rewards, such as a Jeep that makes traveling through the island a lot less tedious, money, and the chance to plow any of the many hotties that wander around the town. It also includes a studio mode where you can add any of the many characters in the game and make them have sex with each other in the position you prefer, decorate the place to your liking, and add cameras that let you see the scene as if you were playing a movie.
On the downside, the game is so resource-intensive that it takes time to load and lags quite a bit when loading textures, despite having an RTX 2080 on my PC. Moreover, it has some small but annoying issues that may drive you nuts, such as needing to go to the Car Rental to retrieve your car every time you load, even if you saved the game right next to it and you're on the other side of the island.

As for the graphics, the game is a feast for the eyes because of its beautiful and detailed environments, smooth animations, and eye-catching characters. That said, it's a pity that it doesn't include a gallery where you can rewatch any scene you unlocked in the main game, since their quality is high enough that some people may want to rewatch them. The previously mentioned Studio Mode somewhat compensates for it, but it's not the same.
Verdict: Promising
Despite its issues, Sensual Adventures - Treasure Island has enough potential to become a great game once the devs fix its bugs and add more content. As it is now, you may want to wait for more updates or a big sale before purchasing it because you can see everything the game has to offer in its current state in about two hours.
