I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about the quality of the game since Steam is rife with low-quality meme games, but it surprised me how good and entertaining it was.
The story follows the same formula and scenario as the original Resident Evil 3, including multiple choices that lead to one ending or another. It also cranks the silliness up to eleven, as you'd expect from a spoof game, ranging from absurd situations to unexpected references.
Gameplay-wise, Lewdapocalypse is a neat mix of tower defense and shooter in which you have to shoot zombies with your mouse to keep them away from you. If they get too close to you, you automatically fend them off using one of the knives in your arsenal, but getting hit after running out of them means game over. When you're not making Swiss cheese out of zombies and monsters, you're solving some extremely easy and somewhat annoying jigsaw puzzles that lead to a sex scene.
As for its length, it takes a bit less than an hour to beat it on your first run, but the number of achievements and unlockables available give it a lot of replayability. It's not strange to see oneself playing it over and over to get everything.
Verdict: Must Play
All things considered, Lewdapocalypse is a game everyone should give a shot. Sure, it's not perfect, but there's no way you'll find many games from its price range that are better than it.
