Games focused solely on exhibitionism are hard to find, so I had no choice but to give it a shot when I saw Jaguar, the developer of Roshutsu, talk about this game on Twitter.
Secret Flasher Sereka (Also known as Seleka Exposes Herself in a Naked Coat and Hopefully Doesn't Get Caught and as Seleka-san who Exposes unnoticed with Naked Coat) puts the player in the shoes of the titular character as she goes around different places doing dares and showing off her body while trying not to get seen.
It surprised me how entertaining the game is. Five minutes in, I was already invested in doing as many missions as possible. Said missions range from opening your coat on specific landmarks to walking so close to NPC while showing off your body that you're breathing on their necks. Moreover, each mission you accomplish rewards you with money and RP points, increasing Seleka's rank and unlocking more daring actions once she levels up. However, you don't get them until you reach the map's exit without getting caught.
The second and third levels disappointed me a bit, though. While the first is a big park with different and unique spots for you to streak, the second and third are a narrow street with few detours, and a bland store with barely any remarkable features, respectively. They could have been much better if the second level had different roads intersecting with the main one and its detours, and the last one was a big supermarket instead of a small store.
On another note, I liked a lot that you can customize some basic features of your character, such as her height, breast size, butt size, add or remove pubes, etc. You can even buy her and equip accessories with the money you got from the missions, though I wish they were categorized better so, for example, you can't put on three different pairs of glasses at the same time. The game warns you that some things may not work as intended if you go overboard with the sliders, but I haven't found any issues.
Graphics-wise, it features anime-like 3D visuals that are on par with most Unity-made games. While the maps don't stand out much, the NPCs’ designs are varied and neatly done. However, the UI is so cluttered it covers a good portion of the screen, though the game makes your life easier by allowing you to add or remove elements to tailor it to your liking.
Verdict: Great
Secret Flasher Sereka is a memorable game with such fun game mechanics you can't help but play non-stop until you finish all the missions. Even though it's not perfect, and the English translation needs some polishing, you should give it a shot whether you're a fan of exhibitionism or not.
